I went to a Kaiseki restaurant called “Nanzan GiroGiro” last night. I use this kind of restaurant when I have a special occasion. Kaiseki ryori is a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner. They serve many small dishes and are using beautiful plates. I should say it’s an art of Japanese food.
